MOSB & TMAC Team Building Event

On December 12, 2009 (Saturday) the Human Resource
Department (HRD) has organized an event "MOSB & TMAC
Team Building" at Berjaya Hills Golf and Country Club in
Pahang. The event was joined by MOSB office, service and
sales team; TMAC office, service and sales team; Head of
Departments, and HRD. Also present; Farriz Fauzy and
Adelita Adriana Shah.

Team Building" at Berjaya Hills Golf and Country Club in
Pahang. The event was joined by MOSB office, service and
sales team; TMAC office, service and sales team; Head of
Departments, and HRD. Also present; Farriz Fauzy and
Adelita Adriana Shah.
After registering and taking breakfast, the participants
boarded two buses departing early in themorning from
Mofaz HQ in Damansara. The one and a half hour journey
takes the participants to a breathtaking views of Berjaya
Hills GCC area where the event was held
The speaker for the event was Dr William Leon Chua.
Dr William is the correct person to handle team building
speeches as his speech and activities really build the spirit
of achieving team success in the heart of participants. He
also demonstrated how the spirit of teamwork is very
important through some games such as caterpillar race,
magic carpet, human pyramid, perfect interdependency
and others.
After having lunch, the participants were getting ready for
another exciting game that really consumes their energy.
Paintball. that is the game that the participants played
which requires them to think, communicate, strategize, and
work in a team. This is when the spirit of teamwork is
shown the most and at the end of the day, the team with the
best teamwork won and they were very proud of themselves.
After the game, participants and guests were treated with
evening tea before they gathered back in the seminar room
for closing activities. At about eight in the evening, the
participants depart from Berjaya Hills GCC heading back to
Mofaz HQ.
From the Team Building event, a lot of experience gained
primarily on working together as a team. The input by Dr
William and the games participated surely will make the
participants a better team-player which is very useful for
their work in the company and department respectively. It
is a waste if the experience is not put to a good use. In the
future, this types of event must be a ground for employees to
look forward to as it will help them a lot in building their team-
spirit and later to function as one in the organization.
MEC Kota Bharu Open HoUse

Pada 19 haribulan October yang lepas bersamaan dengan 30 Syawal 1430H, keluarga Mofaz Exotic Car Kota Bharu bertempah di telah mengadakan satu jamuan hari raya Aidilfitri Mercedez-Benz showroom . Meskipun jamuan ini diadakan pada penhujung syawal, namun suasana hari raya masih terasa.
Semua kakitangan Mofaz Exotic Car Kota Bharu terlibat secara langsung mahupun tidak langsung dalam majlis yang serba meriah ini.
Majlis ini dilihat sebagai satu medium untuk merapatkan hubungan sesama pekerja mahupun majikan. Selain menjamu selera, sambil menjamu selera, mereka juga dapat bertanyakan khabar masing-masing.
Ramai berpendapat bahawa tradisi sambutan jamuan hari raya ini patut diteruskan bagi meraikan mereka yang telah bertungkus-lumus berkerja sepanjang tahun.
MOFAZ GROUP of COMPANIES OPEN HOUSE

On 7th October, Mofaz family had organized a Get together for all mofaz members. Beside mofaz members, their close related family members also have been invited for the get together. To spice up the get together the president of mofaz also joined in with his family members. The guest were treated with delicious traditional food of Kelantan and also Terengganu dishes, while enjoying and singing Hari Raya songs. The performers given special gifts to appreciate their participation from the organizers.
This Get together have been planned 1 week earlier by parties from Azmah Advertising who were fully responsible in organizing this get together. Besides that, parties from Human Capital have also contributed their help by providing the list of names of all the guests.
During the event, the winner of decoration competition been announced, and the winner was Mofaz Motosikal Shn Bhd ( MOMOS)
It can be seen that this get Together had filled the gap between the colleague and at the same time share and enjoy among themselves. Most of the guest praised about the food being served and with the opinion that such a event should be organized every year.
The Get together function comes to an end at 8.30pm.

Pada 3hb October 2009 yang lepas bertempat di Mofaz Otomobil Sdn Bhd, telah diadakan jamuan sempena hari raya di kalangan warga kerja MOSB dan juga ketua-ketua bahagian. Turut dijemput hadir ialah Chief Department dari Suzuki Servis center Encik Abu Samah dan penyanyi tanah air Jacklyn Victor.
Tujuan utama majlis ini adalah untuk merapatkan lagi silaturrahim sesama pekerja dan majikan dan yang paling utama adalah untuk melihat kerjasama antara satu sama lain.
Selain dari objektif dapat dicapai dengan jayanya, majlis ini juga dilihat dapat merapatkan hubungan sesama insan
OpeN HousE for MofaZ DagaNg Sdn BHd

Sempena Hari Raya Aidilfitri tahun ini, Mofaz Dagang telah mengadakan satu jamuan kepada para pekerjanya pada 2hb Oktober yang lepas pada jam 6 hingga 8 malam.
Turut dijemput hadir pada majlis itu ialah President Mofaz sendiri iaitu Tuan Haji Fauzi dan juga haji Johari.
Selain dapat menjamu selera, majlis ini dilihat satu peluang yang sangat baik untuk bertukar tukar pendapat dan bertanya khabar setelah penat bekerja seharian.
Objektif majlis ini dilihat mencapai matlamatnya iaitu untuk menghargai pekerja dan mengeratkan silaturrahim sesama pekerja dan majikan.

Germany- 20 September. The Mofazfortec did not let the bleak and cold weather in Nurburgring hamper their tremendous spirit over the weekend as they soldier on to compete in round 8 of the World series by Renault 3.5 faced with the challenge posed by technicalities of the historical circuit which has seen many F1 triumphantly over the years .
The weekend begun with the Qualifying sessions, which saw the team’s Malaysian driver, Fairuz Fauzy blazing the track in Group A, taking the top spot with a lap of 1’ 45” 598, battling it out head to head with championship leader, Bertrand Baguette from International Draco Racing and regular contender Comtec Racing’s Jon Lancaster. Both Fairuz and his teammate, Sten Pentus, showed their best performance and qualified for the SuperPole line up.
The Superpole session saw Fairuz giving Charles Pic, Brendon Hartley and Oliver Turvey a run for their money, but luck sided with Hartley who claimed his first pole position in the championship.
Race 1 saw Fairuz Fauzy using his radical skills to pressure the other drivers in front of him whilst maintaining his tyres to last the whole session consistently. Starting from 5th position based on the reverse-grid procedure, Fairuz strategised by sticking close to the pole leaders bumper to bumper for the first 5 laps without making any sudden moves.
However, by lap 9, Fairuz cunningly overtook Jaime Alguersuari, who is also currently driving for the Formula 1 Team Toro Rosso, and in turn, took the opportunity to sprint pass Oliver Turvey, while putting more pressure on Daniil Move and Jon Lancaster in front of him.
On lap 17, Fairuz drove brilliantly and snatched 3rd position from Daniil Move. After putting in much effort, Fairuz ended the race in 2nd position. Fairuz was quoted as saying that though the month and a-half break the drivers had after Portimao certainly made most of them rusty in many ways, he managed to make a good comeback after being forced down to 9th position at one point.
Sunday saw all the drivers raring to go and all revved up to undertake the gruelling task ahead of them, with 44 minutes plus 1 lap of adrenaline-filled racing waiting. Fairuz was the first to enter the pit for his mandatory stop, taking advantage of fresh tyres earlier on in the race to better manage tyre longevity and performance as a defensive strategy undertaken by the MOFAZFortec Motorsport Team.
Lap after lap of battling it out and bearing constant pressure on other contenders paid off for Fairuz, when in the last laps he secured third position and held on to it fiercely to end with a double podium finish for the weekend.
When interviewed, Fairuz was quoted as saying,”Alhamdulillah, I am thankful for the blessings that the team and I have received on this glorious day of Aidilfitri. I must say that having such a strong support network, especially with AirAsia coming on board as our official airline, has helped boost the overall confidence and motivation for every member of the team”.
It was definitely a rewarding week for the MOFAZFortec Motorsport Team, who rallied through a successful campaign through the 3 gruelling days, and indeed a challenging week as well for Fairuz Fauzy, what with all the rampant rumours spreading around on the internet promulgating his candidacy for Formula 1 for the 2010 season, and giving his all to achieve another global victory for Malaysia.
Team MOFAZFortec Motorsport will be back in action on the 23rd – 25th of October 2009, when they battle it out to secure the top 3 positions within the World Series by Renault 2009 Finals at Motorland Aragon, Spain.
With the great performance in Nurburgring, MOFAZFortec is now 5th in the overall team championship, and Fairuz Fauzy has also claimed 5th overall in the drivers’ championship.
